Should students at private schools (in the US) have the privilege to their First Amendment rights.
not if they use the school's resources and name. If they want to do something outside of school, more power to them.
What if the student was in another country? Should his UDHR rights be guaranteed at a private school? (Pending the country has signed the Universal Declaration of HR)
who cares about the declaration of HR. It is up to the laws in their country.
