    Default Are All Warrants Entered Into the NCIC Database

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: georgia are ALL warrants entered into the ncic database??

    No, there are also "local only" warrants. Some agencies may not enter them into NCIC. Every agency has their own policies on what to enter into NCIC vs. local only systems.
