My Ex Won't Let Me Pick Up Our Child for Visitation

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: PA

My soon to be ex wife and i got in a fight today and now she isnt going to let me pick up my daughter. I was suposed to pick up my daughter in a week and a half. She is now saying she isnt going to let me pick her up. At this time there is no paperwork thus no court set custody. I am in the military and have to drive from washington state to virginia to pick her up. Its not easy for me to get leave so i was hopeing that someone could give me some advice as to my rights to my daughter

You need to file to establish custody, child support and visitation. At the moment, you both have equal rights to your daughter but there will be no penalty if Mom doesn't allow you to go over and visit since there are no court orders in place. Start looking into long-distance parenting plans (if you google, there are some great sites out there to give you some ideas), and be sure to request SPECIFIC visitation times.
