I never mentioned it because it doesn't apply to you and if you have to confirm whether or not to call the criminal clerks office about a criminal case, there is no need to confuse you.Quoting b1989
If you wanted babies all to yourself, you should have created them by yourself. Until you do that, children have the right to BOTH parents, especially since you found them suitable to procreate with.

i actually completely forgot to add a very important detail......if i'm going agaisnt the state of california and not target.....does that make my chances worst? :/ because on my court paper when i got bailed out...it says the state of california vs [me].....

The People of the State of California prosecute ALL crimes
