Default Child care expenses and child support

We as parents have joint, physical, shared custody of out daughter. Right now support is figured out as both our incomes are divided into each other and the remaining is the support paid to me. Her daycare is subtracted off of the amount paid, (court order) HOWEVER, this fall she will be starting kindergarten. I am curious as to what happens to the money he pays to the daycare? I am assuming that that money will go into the support. I am also wondering if I need to go back to court to have this ordered to be done before school starts. Because I KNOW he is thinking that money is his when she starts school. Or should I wait until he defaults.

Default Re: Child care expenses and child support

Usually, child care is assessed in addition to child support. Depending upon the order for support it may be necessary for him to petition to modify the support once the child starts school.
