My question involves small claims court in the state of: Florida

I sued the seller of my house in small claims court. They had a lawyer and I did not. The lawyer made a motion to dismiss the case, that I hadn't proven the points required under the case law I cited. One of the plaintiffs did not show citing health reasons, I did not object. The judge dismissed the case. I chose to drop it and move on with my life. Thirty days later their lawyer filed for me to pay their $2300 in legal fees. Under the FL small claims statute that a judgment will be entered in their favor. I am now out $7000 for the initial claim, plus my court costs, and now possibly another $2300.

My question, since this was dismissed and they were not found not guilty, to the contrary, the judge found that their actions did materially affect the value of my house, can I get a lawyer and sue again in civil court. If so, can I sue for more than the full amount of $10,000 to cover my legal fees?

Thanks in advance!
