Can You Get a Pardon for Illegal Entry

So my husband has 2 deportations. We were not married at the time. I am looking at Canada laws and they have pardons for illegal activity. Does the US have anything like that for illegal entry? Probably just wishful thinking. but thought I would ask

Totally inadmissible. Canada has full access to NCIC and immigration databases and he will not be able to enter the US or Canada.
