What Are Legal Issues For a Legal Adult Dating a 16-Year-Old

I was just wondering what are all of the legal issues I need and should take into consideration before dating a 16 year old?

Any and ALL advice greatly appreciated.

P.S. I'm an 18 year old male, and she is 16 and a female, haha

1. Going to prison.
2. Being registered as a sex offender.
3. Having all your friends and relatives know you are a pervert.
4. Being sued into the ground by the girl's parents, a judgment you will be paying off the rest of your life.
5. Not being able to get any job that involves children, law enforcement and many other things and being endlessly discriminated against in employment as well as housing the rest of your miserable life.
6. Being known as a retard that can't keep and establish acceptable relationships with adults.
7. Worrying for the next two years that someone will turn you in, and a statute of limitations that allows criminal prosecution and civil suit long after the affair is over.
