My Girlfriend Was Charged with Possession for My Marijuana

OK here is my Question.My girlfriend One Night Was Charged With Possesion of Marijuana,Even though the Stuff was Mine and She Does not Use .
What Can i do To get Her Charges Removed Since The Items And The Marijuana Was Not Hers.

What are the circumstances of the case? If she had it in her possession regardless of who "owned" it, then she was properly charged. If you were with her, were you charged also? That being the case you might convince the judge to dismiss the charge by taking sole responsability.
