My question involves civil rights in the State of: California and Arizona

I have a verichip, a human tracking device, implanted in me for an unknown reason, and who did it. This is more than a tracking device to me because people who watching me know where i go, what I do, and what I say. Because of this, i am being manipulated, making fun of, privacy is violated, preventing from taking a legal action. They used this device to cheat me out of everything I have. what can I do about this? help me please.

It is not easy as ask my doctor to remove it, because i am being track right now., and the people who track me will blackmail the doctor not to remove it.
