Incorrect Fine Amount for a Speeding Ticket

Hi guys.

My girlfriend got a speeding ticket (22350) for doing 40 in a 25 the other day in Orange County. Just got the courtesy notice and it looks to me like the fine is $50 too high at $270 ($310 with traffic school). No itemized breakdown anywhere that I can find, and the website didn't have any fine info specific to her citation. By my calculations it ought to be $220:

$154 Total Bail (1-15 MPH over)
$ 30 Security Fee
$ 35 Conviction Fee
$ 1 Night Court Fee
-------------
$220 Total Fine

Was it a speedtrap? (ie is there a valid survey supporting the speedlimit) or was it a schoolzone?
