    Default Torture for Maximum Crimes

A lot of criminals are repeating major crimes in certain states because the states have no death penalty. The reason the major crimes are cause in death penalty states is because the criminals have low self-esteem. I have to credit the Mid-East for cutting off a criminal fingers. If USA was allowed to cut off the trigger finger of criminals for doing a major gun crime, before they would be let out of prison, it helps stops the criminal from doing it again.

If torture was legal for committing major crimes, it would help the criminal think twice before committing a crime.

I just do not get it. If certain do not mind putting a criminal to death, why not offer torture too/instead.

I know that kinda thinking does put a fear into a perpetrator......to an extent.

Had an 'import' go balls-out psycho many moons ago when we busted her for boostin'. She thought she was going to lose her hands.....RIGHT THEN AND THERE!

Of course, her "fear" didn't make her stop & think ahead of time of the possible consequences in the event she was apped!

=Guilty Or Not Guilty;457399]A lot of criminals are repeating major crimes in certain states because the states have no death penalty.
you apparently need to read the stats concerning crime rates in states with the death penalty compared to those without. I think you might be surprised.

The reason the major crimes are cause in death penalty states is because the criminals have low self-esteem.
    Huh??

I have to credit the Mid-East for cutting off a criminal fingers.
Dang, I bet those stonings get you all excited then.

If USA was allowed to cut off the trigger finger of criminals for doing a major gun crime, before they would be let out of prison, it helps stops the criminal from doing it again.
the shooter has many more fingers. Now, if you are talking about a rapist, you might have a solution there.

If torture was legal for committing major crimes, it would help the criminal think twice before committing a crime.
Do you honestly believe that? and of course, allowing torture would mean we would have to drastically alter our constitution.

I just do not get it. If certain do not mind putting a criminal to death, why not offer torture too/instead.
    because it is illegal.
I am not an attorney and any advice is not to be construed as legal advice. You might even want to ignore my advice. Actually, there are plenty of real attorneys that you might want to ignore as well.

Not that it applies here, but it sounds good, there shall be No "Corruption of the Blood".

The federal and all state constitutions FORBID cruel and unusual punishment, drafted for a reason.

One of the 1st penal codes I learned in Criminal Jutice was The Code of Hammurabi, parallel in ways to the Draconian Code.

While it sure sounds good at times, an eye for an eye, we just can't be a civilized country and live by such jurisprudence.

Apparently, "she" was hiding more than she was boostin'.

The church has many more priests . . . Sorry, couldn't resist. *hangs head in shame*

Well, clearly not being able to torture people is itself a torture to those who have raging hard, enough about the priests already!, for torturing. Seriously, GONG, are you just in to troll or something?

Well why do police officers torture alot of suspects? Rodney King for example.

Another one is the "Don't taser me bro!"

All they will have to do is to make a little twist. Add a new last paragraph reading: "America can torture criminals if there are individuals spotting the suspect killing someone in a pre arranged murder." Timothy McVeigh for example.
