Marriage Certificate

My question involves marriage law for the State of: Los Angeles, CA
My very best friend is going to get married next year. She divorced on paperworks more than 6 years ago: No kids. She wonders if her new married certification will show the time of marriage before or it just simply states her only marriage this time?
Anyone knows the answer or know any website that shows the image of CA marriage license will be so appreciated.

Is she trying to hide the fact that she was previously married?

She WILL have to disclose the divorce on the license application....

No, she is not trying to hide the previous marriage but she wants to make sure it will not show on her second certificate. Do you know that in CA marriage certificate will show that number or not? or just simly the bride's name and groom's name? pls answer, thnks

You're talking about this form? She can expect it to reflect the number of prior marriages.

One more important question that I need to know:
Do you know that they will issue that same kind of marriage certificate as Ca in Las Vegas , Nevada? She is thinking that she will get marriage license in Vegas, Nevada which will NOT reflect the number of her previous marriage. Hope you would give me any links or any info that helps.
