Default Making Contact With a Judge Before Sentencing

A defendant was found guilty after shooting a teenager. Before the judge give sentencing I would like to write to the judge about the suspects violent behavior. I'm hoping the judge will give the max. Are we allowed to write to the judge describing more negative incidents the suspect did, but did not get charged for?

Default Re: Making contact with a judge before sentencing.

Talk to the prosecutor's office about the possibility of making a victim's impact statement, whether in court or by written submission.
