    Question Temporary Guardianship

My question involves guardianship in the State of: Texas If a person gave temporary guardianship to someone but was not notarized just written out then choose to revoke it due to the person who had t/g and the child having problems and running away and getting into trouble. Can and how can she revoke it? Also is it better to have a t/g notarize or not? Thank you for any help anyone can send!

    Default Re: Temporary Guardianship

A notarized document is really not worth anything in family court; in order for something to be legally enforceable, it needs to be signed by a Judge.

Absent court orders, the parent can literally go and get the child and bring the child home.
