I Signed the Declaration of Paternity and Now I Find Out the Child is Not Mine

My question involves paternity law for the State of: Maryland. I am single man in the state of Maryland who was in a relationship with a young lady. She gave birth to "our child" and after I signed the acknowledgment of paternity in the hospital, I then find out that the child is not mine. Maryland law states that you have 60 days to rescind and the time has now passed. I am not certain what to do at this point to remove my name from the birth certificate and all legal obligations towards this child. Please help.

I took a paternity test because I did not think the child looked like me and was of a different complexion than the mom or myself. I have no idea who the father is, she only admitted that i wasn't the father after I told her i took a paternity test/

You would need to file a court action asking that the acknowledgment be set aside on the basis of fraud, duress, or material mistake of fact. The statute is quoted here; some legal authority can be found here.
