I-90 Denied, What Now

I received notice that my I-90 was denied because I failed to provide some documents after the 87 day time frame. Unfortunately due to a few family problems, I completely forgot about having to file it within that time. I know I can file a motion to reopen, but what reason would I use if I can file to reopen at all? Or what would my other options be?
