Default How to Clear Up an Old Charge

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan

3 years ago arrested for a small amount of marijuana. Moved out of state, so never did anything about it. About 2 years ago, my driver's license was suspended due to the marijuana charge. How do I go about clearing up this mess. Still live out of state and still without a driver's license.

You take care of the Michigan criminal charge, then you get your license reinstated in Michigan, and then you get your driving privileges reinstated in your current state.
