I assume the officer felt you did not come to a full stop at the circular red prior to proceeding to make a right turn.
(a) prohibits motion...(b) allows a right turn after a stop, but not stopping is a violation of (a).
You're gonna get heck from the police here about putting this in the wrong forum....

It was a photo intersection, but mt rear lights are clearly engaged. What are my chances of beating it in LA?

There are many excellent defenses for red light camera tickets. I think you should take a look at helpigotaticket.com and highwayrobbery.net and then come back here to discuss what you believe to be your most viable defense.
Thank you I will
I just received 21453 (A), but the officer put under "Speed Approx" 40mph and under "P.F./Max Speed", "Veh. Lmt." and "Safe" he put 25.
I am eligible for traffic school, so I was going to plead guilty and request it. But, I am concerned about the speed notation and whether the judge will also fine me for excessive speed. Should I be concerned about that?
