Posting Employee's Pictures Online

I am in New York.
My boss wants me to do online marketing for her, which includes managing and maintaining her business' facebook, twitter, yelp pages among other things that might come around. As of right now, the only place that has her employee's pictures up is the official site of the business. I told her that I will not be posting anything without their written consent, to which she agreed and began worrying about their pictures being up on the website without any consent.

My question is, where can I obtain a sample of a release form that I can give to them to sign before I post anything? And do I need those forms at all?

You can use a standard photo release.

Your employer could include in an employee manual that the company has the right to take and use photographs of its employees on its web site and in other marketing materials.
