Getting hit by a drunk driver

Question,

I was hit by a drunk driver in my company vehicle. I sustained 2 pulled muscles in my back and now have to find out where my company's insurance policy will stop and where I will have to get justice served personally. Granted the vehicle will be covered under the company insurance, but what do I personally need to do to get my medical / pain & suffering paid for? Do I sue civily or does the company insurance also go after the faulty party for this?

Normally you must pursue any personal injury claim against the at-fault party on your own. You can try to negotiate a settlement with the at-fault driver's insurance company, or seek the help of a lawyer (who will typically charge a contingent fee - a percentage of the recovery).
