My question involves an eviction in the state of: Pennsylvania
I have a buddy who has had some problems at his apartment complex, and he gave them a bad ratings/review on a web site. The landlords somehow traced the review to him (he must have mentioned something that pertained to him), and they're now furious.
Do the landlords have grounds for evicting him? He has always paid his rent on time and has never caused any of the neighbors any trouble. Still, he's expecting they may try to kick him out if he admits to it, and he did take the review down.
Do they have grounds for eviction based on complaints? And even if they did the fact that all of his "complaints" in the review are verifiable and provable based on evidence do you think they would have a case if they tried?
Any advice would be helpful. I don't know what to tell him.
