How to Apply for a Naturalization

Hi
my name is sam and I live in dallas TX...My brother want to apply for Naturalization as he got his green card 5 yrs ago....he once sold beer to minor two years back and kind of scared what to do.......please help us what to do in this case .....should he wait to apply for naturalization......If he apply for naturalization, is it possible they deport him from US ...Do USCIS consider it as a bad moral character......he never been arrested for this or any other problem.........

I assume you mean your brother was convicted of a criminal act for selling alcohol to a minor. Do you know the exact conviction charge?

Realistically, he should consult an immigration lawyer with the details of the case and discuss how his criminal record may affect his application for naturalization, and whether under the circumstances he should wait to apply.

as long as police was not involved in this case, he should be fine , go ahead a and file the application and you dont need to mention anything about the conviction, since they would have no record on this one. Good luck
