Can I remove my name from birth certificate?

I am in the middle of a paternity nightmare. I am raising a child that might not be mine. If the paternity test results come back proving the child is not mine, can I remove my name from the birth certificate and force a last name change? I signed paternity papers at the hospital (under false pretenses of course). Will this make it hard? Please help. I live in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania if that helps.

There is case law indicating that it may be possible to set aside a volunary acknowledgement of paternity that was signed in reliance upon fraud. See, e.g., B.O. v. C.O., 404 Pa. Super. 127, 590 A.2d 313 (1991).
