    Default Request for Complete Accounting

I retained a criminal defense attorney for $50,000 to "handle the case to the end". I plead down and did not go to trial, resulting in minimal work on his part. Am I entitled to a complete accounting of his services as well as a refund for any monies not accounted for?
    Thank you.

What does your retainer agreement say? If you agreed to pay a $50K flat fee for his services which are now complete, then there's nothing an accounting will accomplish.
