What Can I Do About False Accusations By an Ex-Spouse

This is in the state of Oklahoma.

This issue has been going on for about 3 months now, my husbands ex-wife has called child welfar on us after everytime we've had my husbands son( for his visitation period). The case worker has made several trip to our house over various things and never once has found any of them to be true. We have two children living in the home with us and the one that can talk has been subjected to interviews with the DHS counselors, as well as my stepson. I've released my childrens medical information because of a claim of medical neglect and no wrong doings have ever been found on mine or my husbands part. My husband has missed work; therefore, missing pay. I'm worried also about how this will effect all the children if it continues. Is there a point where this becomes harassment or slander? Is there anything we can do about it, such as a civil suit?

If it continues, I would expect DHS to take some action.
