Divorce After Never Living Together, Seperate States

My question involves divorce in the State of: Texas and/or Oklahoma

Ok here it is. My husband and i were married last year. We did not live together (and havent through out the duration of the marriage) and 2 weeks after the ceremony, i relocated out of texas for business. 2 months after moving, i decided i wanted a divorce. The problem is that the 2 states in question have different divorce laws all together.

There are no children involved, no community property, nothing. Taxes were even filed seperatly this past year. He has refused to sign the papers and i have been an out of state resident for almost 9 months.

How do i get my divorce?

You mean, you want to divorce in Texas, he wants to divorce in Oklahoma (where the marriage took place) and he won't consent to Texas taking jurisdiction over the marital estate? Then why not divorce in Oklahoma?

actually the ceremony was in texas (where he lives) and im in oklahoma. and its not that he wont consent to the jurisdiction (thats not what matters to him bc there is no aquired property on either side). he just doesnt want the divorce and will not sign. so what im trying to figure out is how to not only file here, but not have to get his signature. is there any law in either state that may benifit to that since we have never resided in the same household?
