I-130 Approved, Now What Do I Do

I was deported at the expense of the united states to EGYPT on 01/03/2007 and at the time i was married to US citizen for 3 years, and we hired a lawyer but it didn't work out the way it should have, any way 2 days ago my I-130 petition was approved and now I have to file an I-212 waiver, the agent told my spouse that nothing more can be done from that states and now I have to complete the proceedings on my own, any idea how to go about doing that please share, thank you.
