    Default Patenting an Attention-Getting Graphic Image

    Is this Patentable ?

    I'm sure there is something patentable about this, but am not exactly sure what, can anyone tell me, . . am I looking for a process, a system, or what ?

    I know that copyright law and trademark law may protect my rights, but I want all of my rights protected.

    The thing is the inventive process allows for the dot in dot com to be noticed by the recipient of the advertisement, for example, if I were an inventor who invented a blinker to be added to a neon sign, then I think I would be entitled to a patent. Correct, please see;
