Australian Police Record Because of an Unpaid Speeding Ticket

My question involves criminal records for the state of: Australia

2 years ago, When i was in Australia i got a speeding ticket from the police but i left the country without paying.
Until now, i didn't receive any letter from Australia to ask me to pay the fine.
I rented the car so it wasn't mine.

Now i totally regret.
But i wanted to know if it's possible to get an Australian police record because of that??

In fact, i'm actually living in France and i applied for the residence in Canada.
So i have to get a a certified criminal record check in Australia because i lived in this country more than six months...

So i'm afraid to have an Australian police record for that...

I suggest you inquire with a lawyer based in Australia. This is a U.S. board, and people here can't be expected to know Australian traffic law.
