Utility Included in Rent Gone Unpaid

I live in NYC (Staten Island), and I have all of my utilities (Electric, Gas, heat) included in my rent. I pay my rent on time, every month. I posted not long ago about my landlord having sold the house and we are given until the end of August to leave. In the interim, my gas has been turned off. Upon contacting the landlord to see what was going on, I discovered that the gas bill has gone unpaid for the last 3 or so months, despite my paying him rent on time every month.

What options do I conceivably have legally?

Nevermind, I sought advice from a lawyer dealing with landlord/tenant disputes and know what to do now. Thank you to everyone who read.
