My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Florida
This is sort of emergency call, I have got pull over 3 times in one month, and I have court day tomorrow 10:30 AM n 2:30 PM with 4 tickets, the first n second, 2 of em are cited as driving with expired DL, which has been expired more than 6 month.
About me, Im not a united states citizen or resident, so basically I can not fix my driver license anytime soon b4 the court day, due to the immigration issue. however, I think I will fix it or leave this county.
in addition, I have been to jail once for the same reason, last time the police pulled me over for speeding, I m sure I wasnt speeding at all, I think she just pull people over randomly with a 'proper excuse', I submitted everything she needs to proof im clean, but my driver license. turns out she wanted me to learn a class, which is never drive a car with an expired DL, then she pulled me in jail for 2 n half days, includes immigration hold for 2 days.
so my question is what should I take b4 the judge, no contest, no guilty, or guilty. def not taking guilty. not to mention, one of cops told me that he is not gonna show up the court on court day, and I dont even know he meant for hearing or trail, if its for trail, should I take no guilty? I am kinda scare that they may pull me in jail again. and money is another issue too, I cant afford high court cost if I place no contest, the judge go ahead n cite a high amount of court cost.
if I have to pay the money, can i do community service instead?
could you help me to analyze the possibilities of results. like what do I end up with?
Thank you
