What is the best way to prove that you paid rent every month?
My bank is being difficult about providing check photocopies, but I'm able to get back statements that show checks in the amount of rent specified on my lease being cashed every month.
Or what about a letter from my landlord stating that I did pay rent?
Also, this isn't the main focus of the case I need this for, but it would be helpful to be able to show that I wasn't, in fact, stiffing my landlord.
