Analyzing Us Publicly Traded Companies

My question involves business law in the state of: Outside of US

Hi. I know that this is forum for US but please read the post. I am planning to open website/blog about investing. And i will put there a analysis of two publicly traded companies and other stuff. Now i have tow questions.
1. Am i allowed to analyze US publicly traded companies and put that analysis on the internet?
2. Do i have to have have some certificate(degree) to be able to analyze US publicly traded companies?

And i wont sell that advice it will be for free. Only way i will be profiting from my web site is via advertising.
