Default Refusal to Deal With an Online Store

We have a drop ship internet sales company. There is a large distributer that WILL NOT deal with us because we do not have a physical store front. Other than that we are a licensed store with a website, regular business hours ect.
Is this a form of discrimination or can they get away with it?

Default Company Won't Work With Internet Business

There's no law which requires a company to accept every potential customer as a client. No matter how stable and honest your business, the company may well have valid business concerns or experiences which give it pause about working with "Internet-only" vendors.
