3 Family Right of Way, One Thinks He Owns It

Got it, video tape two days in a row. You can watch the shells eject from the gun through the glass of my front door. We are talking to the sheriffs department now. They have all the photo's showing the ditches with a yard stick across the top and tape measure showing the depth. They have video of her in front of my house taking video of me walking out the front door, she hides her camera when she sees mine but by then it's to late. Plus the video of her shooting by our house.
I just have to wait to see what they do. If nothing I guess I have a green light to shoot too. I have fought that urge so far.

Maybe this will help. What is the legal defination of a speed bump in pa?
What dimensions can they be? I found one paragraph on the net that said the bump may not have more than a 1/2 inch vertical edge.

This nut dug 2 of the ditches 5 inches deep with vertical walls. Anyone??
