Driving with a suspended license and DUI

What is the name of your state FLA

I was convicted of dui 70 days ago. My license was suspended for 180 days. I was pulled over for not using a turning light. I was charged with driving without a license with knowledge. I was given a court date. Does any one have any experience being in this situation? What is the likely punishment? Should I hire an attorney to represent me in this matter? Would a lawyer be neccesary? Thanks.

Your best chance of beating a DUI charge, and likely an improvement in the odds of getting the charge reduced to something lesser, come if you have the assistance of a good drunk driving defense lawyer.
