Presumably you were suspended in Iowa because you didn't pay your ticket. So presumably to get it reinstated you will need to pay the ticket, any late fees and penalties, and reinstatement fees for the State of Iowa. As we have no specifics we can't tell you if anything else will be required - check with the court that issued the ticket and the Iowa DMV.
If the suspension is abstracted to Texas, you can expect to end up being suspended in Texas as well. In some states that could mean getting a letter informing you of the suspension; in others it could mean being told when it's time to renew your license that you cannot do so due to the out-of-state suspension. I'm not sure what policy Texas follows, but I'm sure you can find out from the Texas DMV.
