Default Credit Card Judgment Time Limits in Kentucky
What is the credit card judgement time limit in the state of Kentucky where I live, (on a judgement/claim that was filed in Illinois?? where I have never lived. I had a cc charge off in 2001/02, now they are telling me that it was charged off in 12/2005. Any suggestions on this???

You mean, how long can a Kentucky judgment be enforced after it is entered? It appears that the limitations period for a Kentucky judgment is 15 years.

I suggest you start a new thread focusing on South Carolina, and specify if you're describing an overdue bill or a debt after a judgment in a collection lawsuit. Thanks.
