Mother Threatens to Take Child Due to Boyfriend's Past

Im 17 and i have a 4 months baby. i live with my mom because she dosent like my babys father.she dosent want me to like with him at all.she told me that if she want she can get my babys custudy if i go to live with my boyfriends .the thing is that my boyfriend was in a gang but he resntly got out .can she take my baby away from me??? also i have 2 jobs i work 8 hrsevery days in one job and then i go to my other job which i work about 5-8hrs somedays.my boyfriend works 8 hrs every day also, but he dosent have papers.can my mom do something to take ny baby away from me??? , how can i start the emancipation paper???,do you think i would get emancipated????and ,can my mom do something to my boyfriend if i just dicide to run away from my house and go with my boy??????????? what should i do
