Default Residential Lease Agreement Format Needed for California

    Hello,

I'm leasing out an investment home with a pool and I'm hoping someone can suggest a solid lease agreement I can use with my perspective tenants. Any links or a copy of a document you may be using will be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

You can find lots of examples online, some of which are likely good and some of which are very likely to be bad. You can get standard lease forms through office supply companies, and I would assume that Nolo publishes a standard lease in its guide to California tenancies.

If you want to be sure that you hare working with a solid lease, consider getting one through your real estate lawyer.
