Louisiana Emancipation

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Louisiana

I am a fifteen year old male, Born 10/31/1994.
I want to get emancipated because I have a child and my grandparents/legal guardians will not let me see him or have anything to do with his mother among other reasons. I don't want to get emancipated till I am 16 years old and have a job, drivers licensees, and a place to move into.
My mom was killed when I was six and my dad let my step father adopt me when I was young but in turn killed my mother. Not sure if that changes anything.

What are my chances of getting emancipated.

You have a child. That tells the court that you need more, not less, adult supervision.
