My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas

I am in El Paso, TX. I would like to know if it is legal to video tape a CPS social worker doing a home visit on my property.

What are the rules, laws etc surrounding that.

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place, I didn't know where else to put a CPS issues as they are trying to take custody of my children away.

Are you talking about taping with the social worker's knowledge and consent?

Or, are you talking about taping without the social worker's knowledge or consent via hidden camera?
