Deported for Work Under VWP - What Are the Chances for a Visa

Hi,

I´ve spend 3 months in the U.S. this year with the VWP. In this time I started to learn photography and took pics of tourists and selling it to them a couple of times, made in total 300 Dollars..

Because the VWP was expiring I left the states and came back 3 weeks later, brought some binding ties and wanted to enter the states again for another 3 months. I was expecting a secondary inspection and so it was..
the first thing they said to me, is that they researched on the internet, facebook and everything, I´m in big trouble and I should tell them the truth.
So I told them everything and of course I was sent back!

Now I have the papers of the sworn record here and it says that I need to obtain a visa for any further travels to the u.s..
They didnt say anything about a ban.
but this is what they wrote in my passport:
"Refused under 217 of the INA 212(a)(7)(A)(

(I)"

I have a boyfriend and some friends over there that could help me with different kinds of visa, but it all really is complicated.

ok, here the questions:

- How can I find out about my status??
- what visa would be the most propable to be accepted? (H1,P3 or K1?)
- How are the costs for an attorney and is it neccessary??
- Is there anyone that went through the same thing???
