Can My Ex Cancel My Support Order

My question involves child support in the State of: Ohio

Is there a way she or I can get us out the system. I want to continue taking care of my little one but is there a way to do what im proposing? She is in agreement with getting ourself out the system. How do i go about that in OHIO do i get a lawyer?

Is she collecting public assistance? Is your child support obligation current (no arrearage)?

She is not collecting any assistance never has...has a very good job with P&G. Yes it is current i have never missed a payment.

I think one of you can file for a modification of support. There you can both tell the judge to set the amount to $0.
