    Default Re: Warrant

depends what the crime is. Generally most statutes of limitations allow the DA at least 1 year to charge a crime and on the high end, there is often no SoL for crimes such as murder.

the state makes a difference as well.
I am not an attorney and any advice is not to be construed as legal advice. You might even want to ignore my advice. Actually, there are plenty of real attorneys that you might want to ignore as well.
