Errors on My Ticket

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Florida. City is Tampa in Hillsborough County. Statute is 316.123(2)(a) - I ran a stop sign. It was actually a rolling stop but that's not the point...guilty as charged.

My question do I have any recourse in court if the office spelled my last name incorrectly and also wrote an incorrect date of birth? Could I argue that technically, this person on the ticket is not me?

The fine is only $158 and I can get away with an online 4 hour course and zero points. I'm just trying to find out if fighting this is worth my time, or if I should simply pay the fine and do the online course.

Does it have your correct driver's license number?

Furthermore, and with you standing there before the court arguing that "this person is not me"... The question that might come up is: "how did you get a citation that wasn't given to you"?
