In Florida you can get a tax exemption for property used for commercial agricuture purposes. I am familiar the exemption, but want to know if there is any added legal protection like the homestead exemption? With homestead, If a person files a lien against your homestead (other than the first lien holder), they can't force the sale of your property. I was told the same is true for land with "agricultural exemption" - true or false? thanks
