Permanent Resident Wants to Marry a Foreign Alien in a Foreign Country
I am a permanent resident living in the state of LA, and my fiancé is a foreign alien holding a tourist visa living actually in her home country. I would like to know if it is possible to marry her in her country and bring her to the US with me to stay and join me as a permanent resident. - Is this possible ? - What do we need to do ?

Yes, but it takes a while. Depending on where your intended lives, it can be several years from the time that you marry before a visa becomes available to her.
When do you plan to apply for US citizenship? Citizens have a much easier time of bringing their non-citizen spouses over.

I still have more than two years to go before I can apply for citizenship.
