My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Georgia
The sign was NOT on, and the Police car was just past the sign. He said I was speeding in a school zone. I asked the police man if the sign was on, he said yes. Immediately after the ticket, I checked both sides of the Zone and the Lights were Not on. Is this worth fighting in court? I am sure that I would have seen flashing lights. I really believe this officer was mistaken as I would have not been much over the limit if the light was indeed OFF.
